1. What areas do you service?
We currently provide equipment hire across the Whitsunday and Mackay Regions, covering postcodes 4799 to 4805. As we grow, we may expand our service to other areas, including Mackay.
2. What are your hire rates?
Our hire rates for Kanga Mini Loader are:
- Half-day (4 hours): $220
- Full-day (24 hours): $360
- Weekly (7 days): $1,100
3. What are your pick-up and drop-off times?
Pick-ups are available from 5:00 AM, and drop-offs should be completed by 5:30 PM. If equipment is returned late, a half-day charge will apply.
4. How do I make a booking?
You can book equipment through our website or over the phone. Simply choose your hire dates, upload a photo of your driver’s licence, and sign the hire contract electronically.
5. Do I need to refuel the equipment before returning it?
Yes, all equipment must be returned refueled. If not, a charge of $3.50 per litre will apply.
6. What if the equipment gets damaged or stolen during the hire?
You’re responsible for any damage or theft while the equipment is in your possession. Optional equipment waiver and excess reduction can be added for coverage in certain situations.
7. Can I get the equipment delivered to my location?
Yes, we offer delivery options. Contact us to arrange delivery details for your hire.
8. What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to a half-day hire charge.
9. How do I unlock the equipment when I arrive?
Once your booking is approved, we’ll provide a code to unlock the padlock on the trailer along with the pick-up address.
10. Is there a cleaning fee?
Equipment should be returned in a clean condition. If not, a $30 cleaning fee will be applied.
